Sugar House Condominiums, Jersey City

This historic, one-time Civil War era sugar warehouse is now a lavish water-front condo loft building in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City, just north of Liberty State Park. I was tasked with capturing the breathtaking views of the lower Manhattan skyline, Statue of Liberty, Liberty State Park, and the Hudson River for one of the top real estate agents in Jersey City and Hudson County. And that could only be done, of course, via drone.
